Yuuna Red Rift guide: Early backline killer and money maker

Yuuna is a useful early assassin and shard generator who should usually be replaced before the Act 2 dragon.

Chapter 01

Yuuna overview

With some items she removes enemy backliners efficiently through early encounters. Her preferred route turns those kills into economy, after which she can be sold when her damage falls behind. Against the dragon, her cast moves her next to the boss and often gets her killed.

Chapter 02

How to use Yuuna

Game plan

  • Use her to remove vulnerable backliners and earn shards in Act 1.
  • Sell her when she stops securing kills in Act 2.
  • Avoid relying on her as the dragon carry unless a much higher-rank copy appears.

Items

  • Give her enough early damage to finish backline targets, but avoid permanent over-investment in a planned sale.

Positioning Aim her toward enemy backliners in normal encounters, but do not let her ability placement become the team's dragon plan.

Source limits The chapter supplies no detailed stat-by-stat item priority. Her ability movement is a major liability against the dragon.

Yuuna upgrades

Rank B cards and A/S pools are current to Demo 0.5.5. The guide itself remains tied to the older video patch; notes appear only when the video covers a choice.

The Shadow

Discussed in source

When Yuuna goes below 75% Max HP, she gains Stealth for 4 seconds. Triggers once per combat. Whenever Yuuna gains Stealth, she gains 40 Mana and permanently gains 5 (+5 Rank) Crit.

Discussed in sourceThe Nightshade is preferred over The Shadow when damage and reserve value matter. The Shadow's permanent scaling is not considered enough to justify the route.

The Collector

Discussed in source

Shuriken Shadow Strike fires an additional shuriken. On kill, gain 1d5 Shards then permanently increase the Shards generated from this ability by 1. Triggers once per combat.

Discussed in sourceThe Collector is the creator's usual choice for early shard generation.

Discussed in source
