0.5.5 correctionsHarmony Crystal costs 40 Shards after its 0.5.4 reduction and was unchanged in 0.5.5. The video usually skips team-size upgrades, but they may be worth buying on the current patch. The video is from Demo 0.5.2, so its hero rankings may be outdated.
Chapter 02

Act 1 shops

Don't reroll much in Act 1. Buy useful B-rank heroes when they appear, even if they are temporary. Try to get three heroes early. Aesah says that gives you more B-rank chances. Random C-ranks are usually not worth holding.

Discounted heroes and cheap items can carry the next fight. A basic tank item on a B-rank hero is often worth the shards. You can sell it later if the board changes.

Chapter 03

First Challenge

Aesah almost always takes the first Challenge in Act 1 and skips the relic reward afterward. He is willing to spend an Emergency Rewind on the attempt. Avoid event choices that weaken your board right before this fight.

He usually skips the Act 2 Challenge unless the board can beat every version.

Chapter 04

First campfire

Try to upgrade a useful C-rank hero to B. Recharge Emergency Rewind when you need it. If the board is safe, hold a duplicate in the shop and buy it after the boss for a quick A rank.

Reroll more in Act 2 because you know what the team needs by then. A strong high-rank hero can be worth changing the comp for.

The Rift Seal can't solo frontline here. Give Rowan a tank item and make sure Tilly or Yuuna can finish the fight. Adjust the positions for the version you face.
