Niklas overview
He cannot safely carry the Rift Seal because he will consume it, and consumed items contribute stats without their passive effects. He refunds most of an item's shard cost, making discounted purchases potentially profitable. He still needs allied shielding because his own sustain is unreliable.
How to use Niklas
Game plan
- Feed him cheap items early when The Executive can convert them into immediate durability.
- Give him high-stat HP and defense items if he may remain the endgame tank.
- Pair him with a Mystic or another dependable source of shields.
Items
- Prioritize max health and defense for raw stats.
- Higher-rarity or discounted items can be efficient because he refunds most of their shard value.
- Do not count on the passive text of an item he consumes.
Positioning Keep him on the frontline with a shielder behind him so he survives long enough to consume and benefit from the next item.
Source limits His item-eating mechanic makes Rift Seal handling and passive-item planning unusually restrictive.
