Rowan overview
A Rowan, pure support, and weak damage dealer can survive without actually ending fights, allowing Rift Storm damage to consume the team. His active route fixes some of that early damage while adding a stun. The Friend supplies tremendous long-run HP and defense scaling and can remain valuable after Rowan moves to reserve.
How to use Rowan
Game plan
- Pair early Rowan with a real damage dealer rather than two defensive teammates.
- Choose immediate active damage when the next fights are dangerous.
- Choose The Friend when the run can safely invest in long-term Stall scaling.
Items
- Use HP and defense to reinforce his primary role.
- Shield-heavy support is necessary before relying on The Protector's damage.
Positioning Keep him on the frontline to absorb pressure, then move him to reserve if another tank ranks higher while The Friend remains useful.
Source limits The Protector can be difficult to enable before Act 2 because item economy is tight.
Rowan upgrades
Rank B cards and A/S pools are current to Demo 0.5.5. The guide itself remains tied to the older video patch; notes appear only when the video covers a choice. The active stun route is strongest for urgent Act 1 survival.
